Ulsi Manja, Minister of Justice, received in Tirana a group of Masters students from Bavaria, led by Judge Gernot Zehelin. The meeting was characterized by a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It was a special opportunity to exchange experiences between the two legal systems.
The main topic of discussion was the reform of the judiciary, with particular attention to the innovative vetting process—one of the major achievements that has contributed to increased transparency and public confidence in Albania. Minister Manja also highlighted the difficulties that have accompanied this reform, fostering a productive conversation about the best approaches to justice.
The forum underscored the importance of international cooperation in advancing and strengthening judicial reform.
